1. About TaxisCeylon

TaxisCeylon is a travel and tour service provider in Sri Lanka offering:

2. Booking Process

  • All bookings must be made through our official website, WhatsApp, or authorized representatives.
  • When booking, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including travel dates, number of travelers, and special requirements.
  • Bookings are confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email or message from TaxisCeylon.
  • A deposit may be required to secure certain tours or services with full accommodation.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payments can be made via secure online payment gateways, bank transfer, or cash.
  • Full payment must be completed before the start of your tour or service once you reached at the srilankan airport, unless otherwise agreed upon 60%.
  • We do not store or share your payment details, as all transactions are handled through secure third-party providers.

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation terms are as follows:

Hotel Bookings & Full Travel Packages

  • In some cases, certain services such as full packages or specific hotel reservations may require advance payments to secure bookings.If you need to cancel a booking that includes hotels or complete travel packages, the refund amount will depend on the hotel’s own cancellation policy and terms at the time of booking.We will review the hotel’s policy and provide the refund accordingly, after deducting any non-refundable fees charged by the hotel or service provider.

Driver, Guide & Vehicle-Only Bookings

  • If your booking includes only drivers, guides, and comfortable vehicles, you may cancel up to 14 days before the scheduled start date for a 100% refund, provided there is a valid reason for cancellation. Cancellations made within 3 days of the service date may not be eligible for a full refund, and partial refunds will be determined.

5. Changes to Bookings

  • Changes to booking dates or services are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Any changes must be requested in writing via email or WhatsApp at least 10-14 days before the scheduled service.

6. Responsibilities of TaxisCeylon

We are committed to providing safe and quality services. However, we are not responsible for:

  • Delays or cancellations caused by weather, natural disasters, traffic, strikes, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during travel.
  • Health or medical issues arising during the tour.

Note: We strongly recommend that all travelers have appropriate travel insurance before starting their trip.

7. Customer Responsibilities

By booking with TaxisCeylon, you agree to:

  • Follow local laws, customs, and safety guidelines during your trip.
  • Respect our drivers, guides, and other staff.
  • Provide accurate and truthful information when making a booking.
  • Ensure you have valid travel documents such as passports, visas, and permits.

8. Liability Disclaimer

While we take every precaution to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, TaxisCeylon is not liable for:

  • Personal injury or illness during travel.
  • Travel disruptions caused by third-party providers such as airlines or hotels.
  • Expenses resulting from delays or unforeseen circumstances.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is very important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of TaxisCeylon.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without written permission.
